RED BOOT DESIGN

1. All files must be in digital format on CD/DVD

2. All images must be FULLY RETOUCHED AND COLOR CORRECTED prior to submission. Red Boot Design does not offer image editing services and will not alter the color of your images (unless otherwise indicated in the "Design Preferences" section of order form) and is not responsible for the output color of the printed material.

3. Submit ONLY THE IMAGES TO BE USED IN THE DESIGN

- 10 sides : up to 25 images
- 20 sides : up to 50 images
- 30 sides : up to 75 images
- 40 sides : up to 100 images
- 60 sides : up to 150 images
- 80 sides : up to 200 images

4. All files must be ARRANGED AND NUMBERED SEQUENTIALLY, in the preferred order. Additional charges may be incurred if images are out of order.

5. Use Red Boot Design's standard folder structure:

Label the main folder with your studio’s name (feel free to abbreviate).
Place image files under the appropriate folder.

6. All images must have the same and EMBEDED color profile of AdobeRGB(1998) or sRGB - greyscale, untagged or any other profile is NOT ACCEPTED.

6. Only high resolution (300 ppi) JPEG, PSD or Tiff (Photoshop compatible) files are accepted (2MB - 10MB).

7. Only 8 bit files are accepted.

8. Logo - include a PDF, EPS or layered PSD (300 ppi) file of your logo.

3. Both 8 and 16 bit files are accepted.

4. Use Silverback’s standard folder structure:

DO NOT DELETE any of the folders even if they are empty. This will eliminate any guesswork by your Image Specialist as to where your files are, and how they are to be treated.
